My first encounter with training took place in the school gymnastics hall. I went on to do flips, front lever, handstands, rope climb, olympic rings, burpees, squat jumps, yes really CROSSFIT, at the time, it was, however, only called school gymnastics! It is all our primary movements and we were ALL created to do them.
However, during the whole of evolution, they have been vital for our survival…today’s way of life has sadly erased our most basic functions with a severe expense on our physical health. My passion in life is to get back the movement in our lives…one man or woman at a time.
Unfortunately, at 25 years of age, I had a difficult period in my life that resulted in a weight increase from 80 kg – 107 kg. So one day I realised how I am living my life and treating my body and that was not me. And in one moment in front of the mirror I decided that I was going to make a change. I decided to test myself to find out if I am being governed by my desires or am I the master of my own thoughts and actions.
So I went down to the gym, signed up and started training the same day. I didn’t know much about nutrition so I just took the logical solution if I am hungry that must mean I am going to lose weight so I just cut the portions to the minimal. I ate four times a day and was as hungry after the meal as I was before when I was overeating. I trained 2-3 hours every day and 5 months later I was 20 kg lighter.
With every time I didn’t give in to the hunger I felt like I was winning a war with my bad side and that feeling was amazing. By far the most important thing I have accomplished in my life is taking this journey and creating a version of myself I’m finally happy with. This is all I want to convey and my heart tells me this is why I want to teach. #BEUNSTOPPABLE Together with my team at Reebok Hybrid we will build up your mindset, your knowledge, as well as your technique and help you become the best version of yourself.

Scott Wilkie - Trainer
Hi I'm Scott, a plant powered personal trainer and fitness enthusiast! For me fitness is a journey and as with any journey, it is more about the process, rather than the destination!
Being one of the head coaches at Reebok Hybrid, I take a great amount of pride in my work and strive to build long lasting relationships with all of my clients.
I'm fascinated by the mechanics of the human body and like to experiment with many forms of human movement and functionality. I practice Brazilian jiu jitsu on a daily basis and in the past have also trained Thai boxing and mma (mixed martial arts). I also fell in love with yoga a few years ago and that now plays a very important role in my life.
I work closely with my clients on a daily basis to ensure they reach their personal goals and also realise the full potential of their bodies, to be able to enjoy life to the full. It's important to keep it fun and keep it functional, as fitness should be mentally stimulating as well as physically!
I believe in conscious consumption and as such now follow a purely vegan diet. I am very interested nutrition and believe we must fuel our bodies in the correct manor for optimum health, fitness and longevity.
I work with strength training, functional training, fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and general health and wellness.

Leo Myftiu - Trainer
I believe that taking care of your body is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and that is why I chose to be part of Reebok Hybrid team!
Graduated in Master for Food Quality and the knowledge of nutrition would assist me in formulating client diet plans and developing exciting and effective exercise programs.
I want to share my knowledge and training with others who are also concerned with their health and well-being.
I have great exposure to techniques pertinent to managing a clients endurance, flexibility and lifestyle considerations especially when formulating a health plan.
I can express myself in a clear and easy to understand manner that makes it easier to understand the instructions given.
I always maintain a positive attitude that helps to motivate clients into doing their very best. I can help individuals to continue trying and striving to meet their goals even when they may begin to feel depressed.
It would be my pleasure to work with you and don't forget to focus your energy on the life you want to manifest for yourself. You are the only one who knows what makes your heart happy!
Yeimy Rodriguez - Trainer
Dance has been my passion all my life and has helped me travel to north america, europe and finally middle east. Sports came into my life 10 years ago and I had the possibility to share with people from different cultures and to take my profession to another level.
Since then my enthusiasm for the knowledge lead to certify me in the different types of group classes that handles this program (step, toning, kids, gold) in the same way as kangoo jumps arrives; a program with many benefits and low impact for the joints, building resistance, balance and a excellent cardio.

Natascha Nielsen - Nutritionist
Hi Im Natascha,
Im a Holistic Health Coach & Trainer.
My own health journey started years ago when I got diagnosed with PCOS, and was told that overweight, acne, irregular periods and insulin resistance was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life.
I simply refused to accept that, and therefore I had to become by own health expert, and learn how to heal my body from the inside out.
Thats brought me to where I am today and started my passion which is to help people healing their bodies naturally.
Im a Big believer in the saying:
“You are what you eat.”
Meaning that your health starts on the inside, and when we learn to listen to our body and the language it communicates with, everything else will fall in to place.
No Quick Fix!
I dont believe in working against the body, counting calories or trying to force our body.
It will only result in short term results and a massive rebounce effect.
In stead Im all about finding natural solutions to modern health problems.

Ricardo Marques - Chiropractor
Mr. Ricardo Marques was born and raised in South Africa. He is incredibly passionate about wanting to help people and has chosen Chiropractic as his way of doing so. He believes in the art of Chiropractic and the healing potential it possesses. Ricardo has a strong sporting background, while being in South Africa representing his provincial team in Hockey and Squash. He was actively involved with co-ordinating and heading up the medical team at College Rovers Rugby Club. He has extensive knowledge and experience in strength training, sporting injuries and various strapping techniques.
He completed his Masters degree in Chiropractic at Durban University of Technology, South Africa- by compiling his dissertation on spinal stability training (Relative effectiveness of three treatment protocols with and without brace aided pelvic stabilization in patients with chronic low back pain). Due to his knowledge and passion of the sport industry Ricardo studied further and attained his Sports Chiropractic (ICSSD) qualifications through F.I.C.S. Ricardo accompanied the South African U21 men’s hockey team to the World Cup in 2013, which was held in India. He aided the team with all their medical concerns due to the fact he has a good understanding of the sport along with his professional expertise.
In 2016, Ricardo moved to Marbella, Spain and has quickly built up his reputation and shared his knowledge and expertise to everyone he comes to contact with. He now heads up the medical team at Marbella Rugby Club.
David Carretero - Massage Therapist
Having been involved in many sports while growing up, such as tennis, rugby, golf, martial arts and volleyball David Carretero became a massage therapist in 2013. This was to fulfil his constant curiosity about the human body and muscles which allow us to perform the multitude of our daily tasks and hobbies Massage therapy, being an ancestral technique, should be part of our everyday life, ensuring our body and soul is in unity.
This knowledge ensures David to understand the complexity of the body, of how it functions and the physical needs it requires to function at its maximum. His studies and expertise is not only limited to sports massage, but therapeutic and relaxing treatments.
David accompanies his massages with a wide array of stretching techniques and exercises for our daily life to maintain a healthy body. He is constantly trying to refine his skills and improve his techniques to ensure all his clients are fully satisfied and keep coming back.
